Wintel Computers DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
1. Note any damages on the receipt.
2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Wintel Computers for freight claim processing.
3. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.
4. Contact our RMA department for freight claim.
5. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.
RMA process:
1. Please check the warranty on your original invoice.
2. Fill out the RMA Returns. You will need to provide the Invoice#, Item#, SN# if applicable and quantity of the products that you are returning, and return reason.
3. Submit the RMA form to obtain an RMA number.
4. Pack everything with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
5. Record the RMA# on outside of carton

RMA Policies:
1. RMA numbers MUST be obtained PRIOR to returning any product. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused.
2. RMA numbers is valid for 10 business days from the date that RMA# is issued. If we receive the RMA items with expired RMA#, items will be shipped back at the sender’s expense.
3. Removal of warranty sticker on merchandise will void the warranty.
4. No warranty on any physically damaged or altered products.
5. We do repair or replacement only. Conditions may apply.
Return for Credit policy
1. Products returning for credit must be pre-authorized by your sales representative and Wintel Computers RMA Manager.
2. Original copy of invoice is important. If fail to provide the original invoice, the credit will be issued based on the lowest price from all your invoices.
*** Once the original product is received, we will inspect and test to determine if the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement.
*** Non-defective products returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
